Jamie Durbin
Inclusion Ambassador
Jamie is an ambassador at Men for Inclusion. With 13 years’ in Financial Planning and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Management Institute, he has extensive experience managing large, diverse teams both in London and remotely across the UK. Jamie is currently Assistant Director in the Strategic Operations team at Brewin Dolphin and directly oversees the FP Academy, an apprenticeship programme for new entrants to financial services. He is a firm believer that leaders have a responsibility to challenge and promote greater diversity and social inclusion, but also that diversity brings strength through new ideas, approaches and perspective, so is keen to be an ambassador for greater diversity in financial services, and is looking forward to collaborating with the Men for Inclusion community.
