About Alpha Challengers:
Alpha Challengers are a sub-group of E2W members who embarked on their financial services careers about 5-10 years ago have started to climb the ladder of success and are ambitious and want to reach the top. They work together in a network of peers to help and support each other in areas such as personal development & industry knowledge. They are champions of diversity and will become tomorrow’s leaders.
Join us for our first Personal Development episode where Delphine will share how she jumped specific hurdles in her career and what life lessons she learnt along the way.
We are delighted to introduce our guest speaker: Delphine Mourot
| Delphine is the Director of the UK Office of HEC Paris, the leading business school in Europe. She started as a lawyer in a US law firm in London, then joined Morgan Stanley, where she held different senior positions in capital markets execution and fixed income sales and trading risk management, and represented Morgan Stanley in various industry associations, for more than 12 years. She was also the co-chair of their Family Network. She studied Political sciences and graduated from HEC Paris in 2003. Delphine has two sons who are 10 and 7. She loves reading, writing and travelling, and has been learning the cello for 3 years. She is also passionate about growth and talent development, giving back, and supporting the next generations. |
