Alpha Challengers Mentoring Scheme Episode 1: Top Tips for a successful mentor relationship

Mentoring on a one-to-one basis is a unique opportunity to step outside of your normal circle of friends and colleagues and gain an intimate understanding of how the world looks through someone else’s eyes and life experiences. Do you remember a former manager, a coach or a teacher who gave you the best advice that changed the trajectory of your life? New perspectives could potentially lead to fresh ideas, and who knows where those new ideas could lead you in your career?

Our hosts for the event are Sophie Simpson & Mihaela Breg - Members of the E2W Alpha Challengers Advisory Board

Join us for this unique online event designed to assist existing Alpha Challengers and other colleagues interested in exploring everything that E2W Mentoring Scheme has to offer.

In this online event, attendees will have the chance to:

  • Gain insights on how Alpha Challengers Mentoring Scheme can help you figure out the best path forward in your career.
  • Hear directly from our E2W Mentors, how working with a mentor equipped them with the tools to make sounder, more informed and holistic decisions in their careers within financial services.
  • Understand best practice examples from other E2W members and their mentoring partnerships.
  • Participate in the panel discussion by addressing questions to our great panel members (E2W Mentors).

We are delighted to introduce you to our guest speakers:
