- A 90-minute complimentary Leadership Deep Dive session (worth £500)
- Fortnightly sessions (60-minutes) for the duration of the programme (either 3 or 6 months)
- A leadership assessment and access to online resources to complement and enhance development between coaching sessions
- Support by email or WhatsApp between sessions
