E2W, Men for Inclusion and Christie’s are coming together for the second year running on March 14th at 18:00 to celebrate International Woman’s Day. We are delighted to invite you to join us in Christie’s Great Room for an evening event focussed on the IWD theme, #embraceequity.

#embraceequity means creating a culture that is equal and inclusive, that ensures that everyone has the opportunity to perform and progress without barriers or hindrance.

Creating that culture is dependent on ensuring that traditional behaviours and values do not exclude or prevent people from performing and progressing to their ability.

At this year’s event we will be sharing the findings of our lived experience survey* which highlights the differences between the lived experience of men and women in the workplace. We have a great line-up of five E2W members, who will bring the survey data to life by sharing their personal experiences. We will share ideas for change.

The event will be introduced and concluded by our special guests – Dame Helena Morrissey Chair of the Diversity Project, and Denise Wilson OBE – Chief Executive of FTSE Women Leaders.

Please register to secure your place and ensure you register the name of your guest. You can email Katie with any queries or questions.

*The survey was completed jointly by Men for Inclusion, E2W, Diversity Project and Women on the Wharf. It aims to create a set of benchmarks for measuring Inclusion.  It is a “state of the nation” view on the experience of people in the workplace.  We want to help organisations with a greater level of insight on where workplace challenges around Diversity and Inclusion exist.  We want to create intelligence on these experiences which can be shared with others to create better options for improving them
