E2W Workshops are created to help build our member's knowledge and interests on topics that are relatable to Financial Services and your personal development. We are pleased to be presenting an informative session with Alicja Nocon, Andrew Mercer and Stuart Pollard from GAIN - Group for Autism, Insurance and Neurodiversity. 

This session is hosted by Nolly Maseko and Georgie Toft, from our Alpha Challengers Champions of Diversity workstream, and advisory board members.

• What are some of the challenges of getting Neuro diversity into the Inclusion and Diversity conversation?
• What are some of the benefits that a business will see by supporting the neurodiversity of their employees?
• What can businesses do to ensure they are creating an environment to accommodate for neurodiversity?
