E2W Workshop: ESG with Mili Fomicov and Amelie Chowna

E2W Workshops are created to help build our member's knowledge and interests on topics that are relatable to Financial Services. We are pleased to be presenting an informative session around ESG.

This event is hosted by E2W Advisory Board member Iva Horcicova, Credit Investment Analyst at Napier Park Global Capital​​​​​​​.

We are delighted to introduce our guest speakers:

Mili Fomicov 

Mili Fomicov is a researcher at the Centre for Climate Finance and Investment at Imperial College London. Previously, she was a Director and Portfolio Manager in the Multi-Asset Strategies team at BlackRock. Previously, a Portfolio Manager on J.P. Morgan's CIO team, and a PM for US and Japan equity funds at Barclays. She started her career at AllianceBernstein in the US.  Mili received an MBA in Finance, Econometrics and Statistics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Austin College.


Amelie Chowna 

Amelie has 12 years of experience in the Asset Management industry and is currently a Senior Fixed Income Investment Specialist at Legal & General Investment Management where she has established herself as the key link between Portfolio Managers, Distribution and Product Teams with regard to Active Global Bond Strategies. Her responsibilities are wide-ranging and cover technical aspects of the credit markets and investment strategies as well as client communication, marketing considerations and product development.

She is an enthusiastic self-starter with strong analytical skills and client-facing capabilities. She graduated from ESSEC Business School, holds an MBA and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2015.
