For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest, Ross Kent.

Ross is the creator of Happily Ever Queer, an online hub helping other members of the LGBTQ+ live their truly unapologetic selves both in a corporate and personal life. 

You'd think as a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I would automatically be accepting of myself. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been the case. As well as navigating self-acceptance, dealing with judgment and prejudice, I have also had to benchmark myself in a corporate market where it was my mission to be taken seriously professionally, without the topic of my sexuality coming into my colleague’s minds.

Now I have truly accepted who I am, my sights are set on a future to help members of the LGBTQ+ community do the same with help from Happily Ever Queer. We should never change ourselves, everyone has a journey to complete and a story to share.
