For this week’s E2 Inspired series we welcome our special guest Rebecca Fernandes-Green.

Ever wondered how to successfully navigate a career transition? In this session, Rebecca shares her experiences as a senior leader and explores why there is still a disparity in the number of women filling leadership roles. Discover how to assess your own performance against key drivers of success to help propel your career.

About Rebecca:

Becky is the founder of RFG Coaching and is a qualified and experienced solutions focussed coach, passionate about supporting female leaders to navigate pivotal career and life moments, helping organisations to retain female talent.

Becky has had a successful career in Financial Services with 18 years leadership experience from First Line management to Senior Leadership. In that time, she has successfully navigated many career transitions and has discovered the key moments throughout the lifecycle of a woman's career where organisations lose female leaders.

There are many reasons for this and Becky's mission is to support women through these pivotal moments enabling them to take control and thrive in their career, so organisations retain female talent.

The session: KEY DRIVERS OF SUCCESS FOR FEMALE LEADERS

Despite many advances in recent years, there is still a disparity in the number of women filling leadership roles.  Following entry into the workplace, the loss of women from the workforce at pivotal career points is very apparent.

In this talk, Becky will explore some of the reasons for this and her experience as a Senior leader going through these career transitions.  Most importantly, Becky will explain the key drivers of success for female leaders derived from research, her own personal experience and from coaching mid-career female leaders.

By the end of this session, you will be able to assess your own performance against these drivers leaving you to plan a way forward to propel your career.
