Associate - Power and Infrastructure Finance

•    Support the credit approval process and related activities, including:
a)    To write/draft credit papers
b)    Build and analyse financial models for mandated deals
c)    Run sensitivity analysis on cash flows
d)    Submit credit papers and coordinate credit committees with the credit department
e)    Analyse deal economics and prepare return calculations
•    Assist senior members of the team in marketing and origination efforts through the provision of deal structuring solutions, client/advisor engagement and the creation/drafting of pitch books and preparing deal screening memos for discussion with senior team members, credit and global heads
•    Prepare Information Memoranda & Financial Model to support Syndication or Advisory activities
•    Strong financial analysis, valuation and modelling techniques
•    Power and Infrastructure Sector, Market and Product Knowledge

Any other attributes that would be helpful, but not essential for the role

Min 2-3 years transaction experience (ideally from a debt financing angle) in the Power and Infrastructure sector
