You will be required to be operationally responsible for the structure of the branch to ensure a high quality of client service provided in a manner consistent with objectives laid down by the firm, possess local accountability for the achievement of strategic objectives as determined by senior management, ensure that branch culture is aligned with the firm's stated objectives, ensure competence is maintained for all Investment Management professionals under their own, or a delegated others, supervision and ensure an appropriate process is in place to formally assess and review competency on a regular basis, liaise with other office heads as appropriate to identify elements that are affecting “key metrics” as identified by the firm as well as to annually review (and document) the office management resources with the regional director and adjust as required.
We would be interested in hearing from individuals who:
- Are currently doing a similar role at an Investment Management firm.
- A seasoned Investment Manager, currently operating at a Senior Level and adept to managing people and understands the running of a branch.
- Someone who is currently running their own Investment advice business.
It is important to note that in order to be considered for the role, candidates must be a Chartered Wealth Manager and hold the Level 7 CISI Certificate.
