• Must demonstrate leadership capability
• Have a passion for ESG and responsible investment

• Have the tenacity and confidence to challenge the status quo within the team.
• Attention to detail
• Ability to cooperate and collaborate unselfishly in pursuit of team and Group performance.
• Showing concern for people, supporting colleagues and encouraging growth and development
• Cast iron integrity in all internal and external dealings.
• CISI IAD level 4 and the CISI Masters in Wealth Management level 7 or equivalent.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Experience of managing charities NOT required
