Counterparty Risk Analyst

•    Set up the counterparty risk management framework for the London branch including the Terms of Reference for the UK Counterparty Oversight Committee.
•    Prepare and manage the UK Counterparty Oversight Committee.
•    Act as primary contact person on all counterparty risk issues for London based FO teams.
•    Analyse complex transactions and provide relevant input to the credit analysis.
•    Present the counterparty risk analysis to the Credit Committee and/or delegation holder.
•    Finance and/or Economics background
•    Strong analysis and modelling skills
•    Ability to produce detailed and concise counterparty risk analysis
•    Ability to assess, present and explain complex transactions and new activities to management
