Senior Product Manager

•    Enhance and embed our client’s UK Product Governance framework (including policies, procedures, systems and controls)
•    Monitor and manage products throughout their life cycle in compliance with our client’s UK product manufacturing responsibilities, including product management information, escalation and reporting 
•    Effectively manage the relationship with our client’s UK co-manufacturer and primary distributor
•    Oversee the production of key investor disclosures (including KIIDs, factsheets and prospectus reviews)
•    Lead and represent the product function in internal initiatives and projects 
•    Collaborate with other teams within the company as well as the global network 

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience:

•    Strong asset management knowledge and familiarity with different fund types, asset classes and investment strategies
•    Leadership and interpersonal skills  
•    Excellent communicator with experience in writing papers, policies and procedures 
•    Driven self-starter with ability to think critically and problem solve  
•    Ability to deliver to tight deadlines and prioritise effectively 
•    Ability to demonstrate investor outcome focus 
•    Understanding of the evolving UK/EU asset management regulatory landscape
•    Experience managing and overseeing products throughout their entire lifecycle (including familiarity with product governance frameworks, annual reviews and value assessment) 
•    Experience with investor disclosures and reporting, including KIIDs, prospectuses, factsheets 
•    Strong academic background (Degree level)
