•    Previous Asset Management experience and knowledgeable in the AM codes – this is a must have.
•    Responsible for employees within the Legal Team.
•    Provide legal representation to the company across all departments on a variety of matters related to their activities, ongoing operations, and strategic initiatives.
•    Managing the Legal team including determining resourcing requirements, setting objectives of the team to ensure the business is appropriately supported and setting strategy and goals for the team in alignment with the wider organisational goals of our client.
•    Being an active participant as a member of the Management Committee to understand and assist in setting strategic direction of the company.
•    Responsible for proactively identifying legal, regulatory and market change to ensure the company continues to operate effectively, assisting the Risk & Compliance and Product Teams with guidance and support in regulatory matters.
