- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent), with some post-qualification experience, particularly within Investment Management
- Experienced in payroll postings for UK and European offices, along with pension accounting
- Detailed knowledge of variable compensation calculations and accruals, non-executive directors fee accruals and other monthly compensation scheme calculations and accruals
- Confidence in handling monthly reconciliations for all the above areas including monthly end balance sheet reconciliations to ensure completeness and accuracy of month end positions
