Come and join other Men for Inclusion 'Inclusionists' for our fortnightly virtual chat and discussion. We are welcoming members and non-members to join.

Join us on the 25th January, as we look at calling out and being called out. 

Being called out on behaviours you are not aware that could be hurtful or insensitive to someone else can be awkward and embarrassing. We will have an open discussion about how to accept constructive criticism and learn from previous behaviours,to ensure an inclusive work culture for all. 

We will also delve into how to call out colleagues and friends when they display behaviours that create an uncomfortable environment and discuss how to be a become a better male ally.
