Janus Henderson have become the first corporate members of Men for Inclusion.

Men for Inclusion and Janus Henderson are delighted to announce that Janus Henderson have become the first corporate members of Men for Inclusion.

Men for Inclusion recognise that gender inclusion will not be achieved without the active involvement of men, yet men are less likely than women to be active inclusionists. In answer to this issue, Men for Inclusion offer a rallying cry for men and practical advice on how to work alongside women for a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Mark Freed, Co-founder of Men for Inclusion  says "We welcome men from Janus Henderson to our Inclusionist Interactions every second Tuesday from 18:00 to 19:00. In these sessions men who want to be allies and accomplices to inclusion for women, people of colour and other under-represented groups are able to discuss and practice responses to common challenges to equity of opportunity in everyday behaviours and how to positively impact diverse hiring, promotions and career development."
