Rustom is currently the Head of Advisory/Investment Consulting Analytics at Barclays Wealth Management and Investments. He has thirteen years of experience in asset management and private wealth. Rustom specialises in tactical and strategic solutions, business management, process optimization and reporting over a broad range of areas, teams, product types and asset classes. He is results-oriented and a decisive strategic thinker with a proven ability to effectively work across the organisation to implement change. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Economics and a Master’s degree in International Securities, Investment and Banking.

Rustom has experience in leading diverse teams and has witnessed the overwhelmingly positive effect that a diverse, inclusive and collaborative workforce can have on productivity. He is looking forward to being an ambassador for promoting diversity in the wider industry and to being a part of the Men for Inclusion community.

Outside of work Rustom is passionate about polar travel, climbing mountains and hiking and also has an avid interest in wildlife and landscape photography, music and astrophysics.
