With 20 years experience in HR and recruitment, I have expert knowledge to help our business grow and thrive above and beyond. This is a critical role for the business to ensure that E2W is operating to its maximum potential and is scalable to enable our continued growth.
I achieve this in a number of ways:
- I understand and implement best practice and operational excellence across all business areas - it keeps our business innovative and effective which in turn benefits our community and clients by making sure we deliver our promises – and more. Our aim is to delight.
- I work hard to ensure a happy and inspiring working environment for our team, taking the time to celebrate success, both internally and with our clients.
- To enable the business to grow I ensure that the risks are known, understood and minimised and that we implement scalability in everything that we do.
- Through a range of reporting mechanisms I monitor key performance indicators to ensure that the business is on track to meet its targets.
